Service was prompt and fairly quick. The service people were friendly and easily answered my questions. I also appreciated that they took the time to chat a little during a bit of downtime during my appointment.

Good all around experience, I would not go anywhere else.

They were awesome. Had tires put on my wife’s car. I also had tires put on my truck along with new sensors. The light didn’t go off. They said to drive it awhile and it will go out. It never went out so I went back and they said it had to be woken up so they said it should go off after driving it awhile. It didn’t. So I brought it in another time and a person came out before I could even get out of my car and asked what was going on and I told him that my light is still on. He said he is new to this store and will have a technician look at it. The technician was also new. I think his name was Tyler. He fixed it in 10 minutes. He had to program it. I was super impressed. Nice work guys.

I was looking for a quality all weather tire. The store put on Michelin Defender tires. This met my needs.

Regardless of which Discount Tire I go to, I receive friendly, professional service.

Staff was friendly and professional but I waited 3 hours for 4 new tires to be put on even with setting an appointment. They did not even touch my car until 2 hours and 15 minutes after my appointment. It was my first time using discount tire and it will be my last. Friendly staff does not outweigh the poor mismanagement of time.

They lie about time frame and online scheduling trumps customers waiting at the store. I waited 10 hours and still did not get tired done. I was lied to multiple times and never communicated with from online on employees while waiting.

Each time I needed help with tires and wiper blades, I have been extremely satisfied with the service provided. I look forward to going back when I need to!

They can’t seem to do their job without me having to come back. They always fail to program TPS so did they actually replace them since it should have been done as they were new. It starts to make you wonder are they actually putting new products on or scamming people.
